Job Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of IT professionals who support business units within a geographic region or function globally
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and/or standardization across the organization
• Develop plans to address systemic risks and ensure business continuity in the event of disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, guidelines and standards (e.g., data privacy)
• Collaborate with other senior executives to align IT initiatives with overall corporate strategy
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization regarding project status, plans, issues and decisions
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences related to IT and Information Systems

Job Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of progressively increasing responsibility leading teams of IT professionals
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation), organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in a multinational corporation environment
• Strong understanding of financial and budgeting processes
• Solid knowledge of risk management practices
• Knowledge of industry best practices for enterprise architecture and IT governance
• Knowledge of relevant technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics process automation, digital transformation, software development life cycle, agile methodology, data analytics, cyber security, etc.
